How Immigrants Will Be Affected In Trumps Presidency

 As of January 2025, President-elect Donald Trump has outlined a series of immi policies set to take effect upon his inauguration on January 20. These proposed measures include:

1. Mass Deportations: Plans are underway to deport millions of undocumented immigrants, with the administration aiming to remove between 15 to 20 million individuals. This initiative may involve large-scale detention operations and the construction of expansive camps near the border to hold detainees prior to expulsion. 

2. Ending Birthright

Citizenship: The administration intends to issue an executive order to end birthright citizenship for children born in the U.S. to undocumented immigrants or temporary visa holders. This move challenges the Fourteenth Amendment and is expected to face significant legal challenges.

3. Reinstating the “Remain in Mexico” Policy: Plans are in place to reinstate the Migrant Protection Protocols, requiring asylum seekers to remain in Mexico while their claims are processed in the U.S.

These proposed policies are expected to have profound effects on immigrant communities, potentially leading to increased detentions, family separations, and legal uncertainties. The economic implications could be significant, particularly in sectors reliant on immigrant labor, such as agriculture, construction, and services. Additionally, these measures are anticipated to face legal challenges, especially concerning the constitutionality of ending birthright citizenship.It’s important to note that public opinion on immigration has shifted, with recent polls indicating that about half of U.S. adults now consider immigration and border issues key concerns for 2025, up from one-third a year ago. 

      

Elon Musk Role in Trumps Presidency

 As of January 11, 2025, Elon Musk has been appointed to lead the newly established Department of Government Efficiency in President-elect Donald Trump’s administration. This department, humorously abbreviated as “DOGE,” aims to streamline government operations, reduce bureaucracy, and eliminate wasteful expenditures. 

Musk will co-chair this department alongside former presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy. Their leadership is expected to bring a business-oriented approach to government efficiency, leveraging Musk’s experience in innovation and Ramaswamy’s background in corporate strategy.

Open Road Tolling Implementation

The Turnpike Commission has transitioned from traditional stop-and-go tolling to Open Road Tolling (ORT) in the eastern sections of the state, including areas east of Reading and the Northeast Extension. This shift aims to enhance traffic flow and reduce congestion by eliminating toll booths. Motorists will now pass through tolling gantries without stopping, with tolls automatically deducted via E-ZPass or billed through Toll By Plate.

5% Toll Increase

In conjunction with the ORT implementation, the Pennsylvania Turnpike has enacted a 5% toll increase, marking the 17th consecutive year of such increases. This adjustment is intended to support infrastructure maintenance and improvements. For E-ZPass users, the new base per-mile rate is $0.07, plus a $1.09 fee per segment (the distance between interchanges). Toll By Plate users will incur double these rates.

California Fire 2025

 Big Fire in California has now been controlled. Fires destroyed nearly 10000 structures . At least 10 people have lost their life.

This fire has destroyed the residents of at least 167000 . Now the air quality is bad and this became one of the biggest property damage caused by fires. Additionally, several restaurants along Pacific Coast Highway, such as Moonshadows Malibu, Rosenthal Wine Bar & Patio, Cholada Thai, and Reel Inn Malibu, were destroyed or severely damaged. The exact number of business establishments affected is still being assessed as recovery efforts

Nation is on the side of Fake proof .

 The whole nation is on the Fake Proofs. The Government on Nepal is delivering  a message which sounds like an automatic for the Democratic country. Nepal has democracy and they have democratic constitution. The government of Nepal is formed on the basis of this constitution despite they have violated some of the rules. 

Nepal police themselves told to the court that the proof was just fake on which they are blaming a  person for almost 4 months. And they are creating more and more situations to send a person to  jail.

It is shameful for the government to hold a case with fake papers. This is just the example of how a country(government) with crypt mentality can damage a life of minor.

People are still waiting for the court. They believe that there is only a court which doesn’t have government influence. But there are still so many contradictions. Let’s see let’s hope for the good.

 Power can twist and turn the truth . There are so many stories in the world that power has turned the actual truth and innocent has been convicted. 

If you study the history’s of countries there are so many stories in which innocent has been convicted and jailed for several years . Several other innocent has to be convicted for the same reasons and they have to wait for the powerful one who can handle everything and can change the entire system then the ruler will be ruled by other new and only they(bad ruler ) get punishments. 

We still don’t know who really killed King Birendra and his family. There a story behind the massacres but no one believes on that story. There is great suspicion under the death of king Mahendra. There are so many suspicious stories behind the death of great reader Madan Bhandari.

Now we have one leader  in Nepal. He has the extraordinary power. He is in the hearts of most of the Nepali people who really love the country. There are over 10 millions people living outside of the country who really likes this new leader. 

The old leader who are ruling this country for long time believes that they are the only person who loves this country and all other leaders are just the fake. But these people and their political party are just taking benefits from the country and its people. 

If you give a closer look to the present situation of the country. Any one can understand the real truth.But there are some people in the country who are taking benefits from the old leaders and their party they can’t tell the truth. 

They just hide the truth for mere benefit. they have forgotten the future of their kids. When they understand the real truth then only Nepal can catch the path to the success but don’t know how long we have to wait for that.

If you think Ravi Lamichanne is innocent just write something for his support or just say something for his support because that will all count one day. If you believe he can do better than them then tell to those who really listen to you .Just do what your mind says . Don’t follow others opinions. Study the news and listen every one as much as possible the take your decision.Don’t look your back and front what others are saying just listen to your hearts. 

Listen to your heart and do what your heart says. One day Nepali people will really get true leader who can eliminate the poverty and can grant the right of the people.

 Harrisburg is aspected to be cold for upcoming days.Yesterday January 1st was windy day and today is very cold day . Temperatures is dropping and keep on dropping. Everyone living in this are aware about bad cold days ahead . 

The winter  days on last December were easy for the people who don’t like cold weather. Temperature can drop up to zero degrees in coming weeks and heavy snow fall is aspected to happen.

 America which is considered to be the dream land for most of the people in the world .There are believed to be a lot of opportunities and many people have fulfilled their dreams in short times frame.This is also a big country and country of freedom. I want to add something on the other hand . Though there are a lot of opportunity there are a lot of challenges also . The fist thing I aspect in 2025, Trump Era is economy improvement for the united state of America.There is a deep depression in American for the economy slowdown in last few years . There is still some confusion about inflation which made American economy slowdown for some five years .

The most another big achievement people aspects for next four years is illegal emigration crisis. Thousands and thousands of people are crossing broader everyday and which has become another big problem for the American people.
