Ravi Lamichanne is Under Hot Tin Roof

There’s no confirmed evidence that Rabi Lamichhane is orchestrating any “secret plans” from prison. What we do know paints a tumultuous portrait, not one of clandestine strategizing:

Lamichhane filed a 20-page statement from Bhairahawa prison, claiming his arrest was part of a political conspiracy. He positioned himself as a celebrated voice in Parliament whose rising influence may have threatened old elites  . However, there’s no credible report indicating he’s coordinating operations behind bars.

Legally, he remains in judicial custody after April 2025, following a High Court ruling that overturned his bail order. The Supreme Court upheld this in May, affirming that there is sufficient prima facie evidence against him, including charges of fraud and organized crime in the cooperative embezzlement case  .

In other key developments, Lamichhane challenged his bail terms and appealed to higher courts after initially securing bail multiple 

 Rabi Lamichhane is definitely under intense scrutiny this week. On July 9, Home Minister Ramesh Lekhak openly accused him in Parliament of allegedly entering the United States on a visit visa, overstaying, and then obtaining U.S. citizenship—a move Lekhak questioned as possible visa misuse and morally scandalous for a public leader  .

Lamichhane already remains in judicial custody in Rupandehi following cooperative‑fraud allegations tied to the Supreme Cooperative scandal. His remand was reaffirmed by the Supreme Court on May 23, noting credible prima facie evidence and a risk of tampering with the case  . His Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) is pressing for a high‑level parliamentary or judicial inquiry into both his legal plight and the broader visa scandal; they boycotted recent HoR sessions to demand transparency over a government‑led probe panel currently viewed as inadequate  .

Meanwhile, critics warn that Lamichhane’s political career faces a critical crossroads: accumulating ethical controversies—from dual‑passport questions to alleged visa fraud—are chipping away at his credibility and fueling calls for deeper accountability.

Ravi Lamichanne Released

 Ravi Lamichanne has been released in 65 lakhs bail . He can now stay outside for other investigation. He has to attend in the court whenever needs. There is a huge celebration among his Party and followers. People have different thoughts in his released and he has been again the top discussion point among the Nepali people. He is always been in the center since he returned back to Nepal. He was much popular journalist when he was in journalist . He became more popular topic when he opened party and started politics. 

Nation is on the side of Fake proof .

 The whole nation is on the Fake Proofs. The Government on Nepal is delivering  a message which sounds like an automatic for the Democratic country. Nepal has democracy and they have democratic constitution. The government of Nepal is formed on the basis of this constitution despite they have violated some of the rules. 

Nepal police themselves told to the court that the proof was just fake on which they are blaming a  person for almost 4 months. And they are creating more and more situations to send a person to  jail.

It is shameful for the government to hold a case with fake papers. This is just the example of how a country(government) with crypt mentality can damage a life of minor.

People are still waiting for the court. They believe that there is only a court which doesn’t have government influence. But there are still so many contradictions. Let’s see let’s hope for the good.

 Power can twist and turn the truth . There are so many stories in the world that power has turned the actual truth and innocent has been convicted. 

If you study the history’s of countries there are so many stories in which innocent has been convicted and jailed for several years . Several other innocent has to be convicted for the same reasons and they have to wait for the powerful one who can handle everything and can change the entire system then the ruler will be ruled by other new and only they(bad ruler ) get punishments. 

We still don’t know who really killed King Birendra and his family. There a story behind the massacres but no one believes on that story. There is great suspicion under the death of king Mahendra. There are so many suspicious stories behind the death of great reader Madan Bhandari.

Now we have one leader  in Nepal. He has the extraordinary power. He is in the hearts of most of the Nepali people who really love the country. There are over 10 millions people living outside of the country who really likes this new leader. 

The old leader who are ruling this country for long time believes that they are the only person who loves this country and all other leaders are just the fake. But these people and their political party are just taking benefits from the country and its people. 

If you give a closer look to the present situation of the country. Any one can understand the real truth.But there are some people in the country who are taking benefits from the old leaders and their party they can’t tell the truth. 

They just hide the truth for mere benefit. they have forgotten the future of their kids. When they understand the real truth then only Nepal can catch the path to the success but don’t know how long we have to wait for that.

If you think Ravi Lamichanne is innocent just write something for his support or just say something for his support because that will all count one day. If you believe he can do better than them then tell to those who really listen to you .Just do what your mind says . Don’t follow others opinions. Study the news and listen every one as much as possible the take your decision.Don’t look your back and front what others are saying just listen to your hearts. 

Listen to your heart and do what your heart says. One day Nepali people will really get true leader who can eliminate the poverty and can grant the right of the people.
